The souvenir journal AD pricing, specifications (formats, sizes, artwork, margins), and submission information have been provided (see 9th Anniversary Celebration & Hall of Fame Inductions Souvenir Journal).  Submissions can be made online or sent via the USPS to the KAA-MaCC Administrative Office.

Souvenir Journal Submission ONLINE

Below are steps to help you complete an order for a souvenir journal AD.

  • Select souvenir journal AD size and click "SUBMIT" to make the payment online.
  • Select a donation amount, apply to 9th Anniversary SJ, enter Optional information regarding the Donor Scroll (posting amount/name and honor/remember someone with a gift), and click Donate Once.
  • Enter the following: i) name and contact information (first/last name and email); ii) details of your order; iii) credit card detail; iv) billing address; and v) Complete Order.
  • Email your AD to and a return email will be sent to confirm receipt of your souvenir journal submission.

AD Specifications:

The Souvenir Journal (SJ) size is 8 ½” X 11”. Uniform borders will be selected by the committee. All ads are to be submitted Camera-Ready.

Accepted Formats: ADs and photos must be in JPG, PNG, or  PDF format, and EPS files (300 DPI resolution). 

AD Size:  8.25" (w) x 10.875" (h); full page,    portrait orientation only.

Artwork: Formatted to the following sizes depending upon the ad desired.

  • Full - Image Area:  7.5” x 10”
  • Half - Image Area:  7.5” x 5”
  • Quarter - Image Area:  6" x 3.75"
  • Business Card - Image Area: 1.75” x 3.125”


Top - 0.625"  |  Bottom - 0.625"

Inside -  0.5"  |  Outside - 0.427

Full bleed crop marks must be outside the bleed area (offset all margins by 0.125").

Submission Information:

  • Send AD via email to with a Subject Line: KAA-MaCC 9th Anniversary SJ.
  • Upon receipt of the AD, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
  • Deadline: September 19, 2022 (no exceptions)

Specifications for AD Submission:

  • ADs can be full color or black and white (as noted above)
  • ADs will be processed as received, please proof before submitting.
  • ADs must be submitted electronically.
  • ADs cannot be confirmed without payment.
